What data we process

You do not need to give us any data to visit this website: there are no forms, accounts, newsletters, analytics or advertising tools, and fonts and images are served from our own server.

As with any website, the server logs technical data for each visit (IP address, date and time, page requested and browser) so the site works and stays secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are kept only as long as needed for those purposes.

If you email us, we will process your data to reply. Legal basis: your consent when writing to us and our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry.

Ticket purchases

Tickets are bought on the official sale for each show (Entradas Canarias or the Grupo Livon box office, entradas.grupolivon.com), which processes purchase data as controller under its own privacy policy. This website does not receive that data.

Providers

We use hosting and network providers acting as processors, with the safeguards required by the GDPR. We do not share data with third parties unless legally required.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@grupolivon.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
